Shipping policy

Made to order, printed in the USA

Every Print & Life item is made to order — nothing is printed until you order it. Our products are printed at our US production facilities. Production takes 2–5 business days for most items. A few ceramic pieces are made by our partner workshop overseas and take longer; the delivery estimate on each product page reflects this.

Shipping rates and times

Standard US shipping is free on every order — no minimum. Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days after production; items made overseas arrive within 12–20 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes

Need to fix a shipping address? Email us at support@printandlife.com within 12 hours of ordering, before production begins.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't moved for 15 business days, contact us — we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full.

A note about your card statement

Card payments will appear on your statement as SP PRINTANDLIFE. Payments made with PayPal will show as PayPal.
