Cancellation & Modification

Every item is made to order, so there's a short window to change your mind.

Within 12 hours of ordering

We can cancel your order for a full refund, or change the shipping address, size, color, or personalization text. Email us at support@printandlife.com with your order number and the change you need.

After production begins

Once your item enters production we can no longer cancel or modify it — but you're still covered by our 30-day happiness guarantee if anything arrives damaged or not as described.

Support hours: Monday–Saturday, 9AM–5PM (EST). We answer most emails within one business day.
