Every Print & Life piece is made to order, just for you. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

How to make a claim

Email us at nguyenbaoanhgvvb@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. No need to ship anything back. We respond within 24 hours.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sizing and change of mind

Because each item is printed on demand, we can't accept returns for size or color preference. Ordered the wrong tee size? Contact us anyway — we'll work out a solution.

Order cancellation

Need to cancel or change an order? Contact us within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.
